Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
All items are handmade, please allow 7-10 business days before shipping. Items that are in stock will ship in 1-2 business days. We are happy to arrange expedited shipping. Please contact us to arrange this. We will contact you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your item should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.
deVitry Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. Please let us know if you would like a specific carrier or insurance for shipping that is different from ours.
Exchanges and returns
I hope you love your new piece. If you don't, email me to start a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made pieces are not returnable. Every effort will be made to ensure that you the client understands and approves the design before fabrication. The step by step process will often involve numerous changes and approvals between client and maker. We want you to be an integral part of the design and modification process for a great end product.
I stand behind all of my work, if an item is deemed faulty by myself I will replace or repair.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
